4. Nội dung chương trình:
- Trong thời gian diễn ra chương trình, mỗi tháng Quý khách sẽ được VPBank sắp xếp vào các nhóm chi tiêu. VPBank sẽ gửi thông báo qua Email/Tin nhắn tới Quý khách về điều kiện và ưu đãi dành riêng cho chính Quý khách khi chi tiêu tại mỗi tháng.
- Việc chi tiêu rất đơn giản! Quý khách chỉ cần sử dụng thẻ ghi nợ Quốc tế với hình thức thanh toán tại POS cửa hàng/ thanh toán online đạt điều kiện và nhận được ưu đãi hoàn tiền lên đến 960.000đ

EXCLUSIVE CASHBACK PROMOTION
FOR VPBANK INTERNATIONAL DEBIT CARDHOLDERS
1. Subject of application: VPBank International Debit cardholders (Only applicable to customers receiving Email or / and SMS from VPBank)
2. Program validity period: From 08/01/2021 to the end of 03/31/2022. There is a budget limit for the program so it may end sooner than the stated period.
3. Program format: Cashback
4. Program content:
- During the promotion period, every month, Customers will be categorized into different spending groups. VPBank will send you a notification via Email / Message about the requirements and special offers exclusively for you when spending each month.
- Spending is very simple! You only need to use the International debit card and make POS payment / eligible online payment and receive cashback up to VND960,000
Announcement and method to receive award:
Within 45 working days from the last day of each month, the program will issue cashback following the terms and notify customers via email or / and SMS.
Eg: 08/2021 cashback will be issued latest by 09/15/2022
Cardholders will receive cashback on current account which is linked to their International Debit Card that makes eligible purchases.
Terms - Conditions
Transaction time is determined based on trans_date field (the date which system records transaction following Vietnamese time zone) on VPBank reporting system.
Eligible payment transactions are spending transactions using VPBank International Debit Card for goods and services, for lawful personal consumption, via POS and Online payment gateway of merchants accepting card payment.
A successful payment transaction is when the transaction value / entry is recorded on VPBank system during the program validity period. VPBank only acknowledges transactions recorded as successful payments in VPBank system within 10 days from the last day of each month (physical month).
'Total spending amount' to determine spending category, eligibility for the program:
Includes valid and successful transactions recorded via POS and Online payment; Excludes cash withdrawal, bill payment, refun, cancel transactions & payments made via VPBank NEO; Excludes transactions in Advertising industry & E-Wallets (The definition of Advertising industry follows the Sector Code set up by merchants with Bank in accordance with the provisions of International Card Organizations).
VPBank will not issue cashback to customers whose card status is inactive (‘card not ok’) on VPBank system at the time of reviewing and issuing cashback.
Should there be any complaint or dispute related to the promotion program, VPBank is responsible for coordinating to resolve, if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled in accordance with current Vietnamese laws.
VPBank will not be responsible for customers who do not receive notification due to a change of address, phone number or email address (email) without notifying VPBank.
Customers must pay full amounts and fees arising from the purchase of goods or the use of services issued by Merchants accepting card payment.
Customers’ benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or via bank transfer in any case. The benefits are also not redeemable for other products or transferable to other people.
